If your package was lost in transit, not to worry! We'll cover the cost to reprint and ship a replacement order to you! Please make sure to notify us no later than 4 weeks from the estimated delivery time. Please be sure to check with your local post office to try to locate the package before submitting a lost package request to us. If the tracking information has stated that the order has been delivered, we will no longer be able to send a replacement order to you. 

If the address you provided us with was incorrect, you will be liable for the cost of having a replacement order reshipped to you. If the address you provided is considered insufficient by the courier, it will be returned to us, at which time we will notify you. Once we have confirmed an updated address with you, we can proceed to the next steps of fulfilling your replacement order.
