Return Policy:
To be eligible for a return
1. Make sure that your order was delivered within the last 20 days, and it is unused, in the same condition that you have got it, and in the original package with proof of purchase.
2. Email rootedsoulcreations@gmail.com with all the details of your order and the reason for return/exchange.
3. Once you receive a message back from me that your return has been approved, you will be provided with the return address and you can proceed to sending your package back.
4. Make sure to notify us before returning any items to the return address on the original packaging. Returns must be approved and processed first.
5. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Problem with shipment:

In the rare case that you received a wrong/damaged order, or that shipping service has lost your package, and it is not marked as delivered AND it has been more than 60 days since you made the order, we will send you a replacement, or issue a full refund for you, according to your choice.

* We will not be responsible and could not issue a refund if you filled the wrong shipping details and the package could not be delivered because of that, or if the information on the tracking is that the package has delivered, or for refused to acceptance deliveries by the customer. (Or for any other reason than the ones we specified).

Also please note that we are not getting back any shipment that is returned to sender, and will not issue refunds according to such a statement.

All custom sewn products are exempt from being returned. This includes t-shirt quilts, pillows, and any other custom ordered pieces.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged or a misprint. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at rootedsoulcreations@gmail.com.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
